Allyson Ross was born in 1981 in St. Louis, MO and is currently living and working in Brooklyn, NY. She received a MFA in Photography, Video and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts in New York and a BFA in Metals and Jewelry from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA. Recent honors include a grant from the Croatian Ministry of Culture and a studio residency at Soho20. She has shown her work throughout New York and Georgia and recently completed the Artist in the Marketplace program at the Bronx Museum of Art.
