Hein Koh is an artist based in New York City, who received two BAs from Dartmouth College, in Studio Art and Psychology, and an MFA in Painting from Yale University.  Her awards include the Wolfenden Fine Arts Prize, Carol Schlosberg Memorial Award, Mid-Atlantic Foundation Artists and Communities grant, and she was recently selected for the Bronx Museum Artists in the Marketplace program in 2011.  Her work has been reviewed and/or published in the New York Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Brooklyn Rail, and is currently on view at Wave Hill, as part of “Bronx Calling,” the first AIM biennial curated by Jose Ruiz and Wayne Northcross.  She has also taught or lectured at the 92nd Street Y, Tyler School of Art, Dartmouth College, and Maryland Institute College of Art.  www.heinkoh.com
