Veronica Frenning is currently an artist-in-residence at the Abrons Arts Center/Henry Street Settlement and a SIP fellow at The Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop.  She recently participated in Artist in the Marketplace program at the Bronx Museum for the Arts. This Fall, Veronica will attend a residency at Bamboo Curtain Studio in Taipei.  She has been awarded a Visual Artist Fellowship from the Edward F. Albee Foundation and a recipient of a Jerome Travel and Study Grant. Recent shows include “Bronx Calling: The First AIM Biennial” at Glyndor Gallery/Wave Hill, “AIRspace2011” at Abrons Arts Center, “Naming the Animals” at Curious Matter in Jersey City, and “An Exchange with Sol LeWitt” at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Veronica received her BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art.
