Bio:
Ketta Ioannidou received a BA from Central Saint Martins in London and an MFA from School of Visual Arts. She represented Cyprus in the 9th International Cairo Biennale and the 24th Alexandria Biennale. Solo shows include chashama in New York, Go North in Beacon, New York, and Diatopos Center of Contemporary Art in Nicosia, Cyprus. Her art has also been exhibited at the Bronx Museum, the Carriage House at the Islip Art Museum and the Indianapolis Museum of Contemporary Art. She was awarded residencies at LMCC’s Swing Space and the Artists’ Enclave at I-Park and was selected for the AIM program at the Bronx Museum. Her work has been reviewed in The New York Times, Art in America, Flash Art and The Brooklyn Rail.
